Do you want to work on some of the most exciting MoD and Defence projects and play your part in the global security crisis? This unique opportunity allows you to be funded for qualifications to improve your career, with options to progress to supervisor/assessor roles. In this role, the successful Vehicle Mechanic/Technician will teach Apprenticeship Courses on a range of subjects such as servicing, repairing, diagnosing, and maintaining vehicles, as well as working on various hydraulics and electrical equipment. THE ROLE: Support, motivate, and coach all learners, ensuring all components of the programme are completed in a timely manner whilst meeting awarding organisation, ESFA, and Ofsted requirements. Monitor and review learners in line with customer expectations. Ensure all required documentation is completed to the correct standard and within agreed timelines. Provide portfolio building advice and guidance to learners based on the requirements of their programme. Effectively record, plan, and track individual learner progress in accordance with agreed paperwork and reporting processes. THE PERSON: Aspiring Vehicle Mechanic/Technician Teacher/Trainer.
