We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Performance, Analysis & Simulation Engineer to join an exciting project. The right candidate will be able to work in a dynamic environment alongside a team of technicians and engineers to deliver a product that meets all attribute targets. Conduct detailed vehicle performance analysis and simulations using advanced engineering software and tools to support design and development processes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate simulation results into vehicle design improvements, ensuring alignment with project goals and industry standards. Develop and validate virtual models for vehicle systems to predict and enhance performance outcomes, leveraging the latest in digital and physical testing methodologies. Prepare comprehensive technical reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and project updates to stakeholders effectively. Continuously research and implement emerging technologies and industry trends to drive innovation and maintain competitive advantage in vehicle performance engineering. Adhere to Health and Safety legislation and uphold Outrigo’s workplace standards to create a safe and productive work environment. Requisitos

1st Class Bachelor or Masters degree in Mechanical, Automotive or Motorsport Engineering At least 2 years of experience in Vehicle Dynamics simulation. Proficiency in using specialized software tools for data analysis, such as MATLAB, or similar. Proficiency in using Multi-body Dynamics software such as Adams, or similar and 1D simulation software such as VI-CRT, or similar. Excellent understanding of vehicle dynamics and controls fundamentals with experience in vehicle modeling and analysis. Understanding of the fundamentals of chassis control systems (ESP, TV, semi-active dampers). Desirable experience performing virtual vehicle development using Driver-in-the-Loop (DIL) simulators. Desirable experience in programming languages such as Python or C/C++. Strong analytical and problem solving skills. Excellent team-worker, who is agile, proactive, and has a "startup" attitude.
