We are seeking a

SKILLED VEHICLE REPAIRER

to join a long-established Exeter business that specialises in SMART repairs. They correct a wide variety of car body damage such as bumper scuffs, scratches and scrapes, vandal scratches, car body dents, alloy wheel damage, parts, trims, and other components. For nearly 3 decades, they have built a strong reputation for high quality, cost efficiency and reliability. The business now needs to recruit an enthusiastic, capable addition to their team. Ideally, you’ll hold your NVQ Level 2 / 3 (or equivalent) in Vehicle Body Repairs. However, qualifications are not essential. What IS essential though is to be able to demonstrate a wide skillset and strong employment track record within the automotive body repair environment. You’ll need to be able to work to achieve high standards in quality efficiently. *** Those looking to commence a career in the body repair sector, who have a basic knowledge / skillset, and are willing to join a company that offers training, development and support, are also encouraged to apply as a junior team member position (with appropriate salary) could become available *** The role includes some general duties and requires a team effort on occasion, helping in the day-to-day requirements of managing the workflow and other responsibilities. A basic salary in the region of £30,000 is offered (experience, skills, and qualifications dependent) and there is an additional bonus incentive in place to reward your efficiency, quality and productivity. Overtime is also available. Working Hours – Monday to Friday 0800 to 1700
