About the Employer: Our client, a well-respected prestige car specialist based in the Bexleyheath area, is renowned for providing exceptional service and expertise in high-end vehicles. With a commitment to excellence, they are seeking a Vehicle Sales Enquiry Specialist to join their dynamic team and be the first point of contact for their valued customers.

The Role: As a Vehicle Sales Enquiry Specialist, you will manage all sales enquiries received through various channels, including telephone, email, live chat, online platforms, and event marketing. With strong communication and active listening skills, you will assist customers in identifying the ideal vehicle to suit their needs and lifestyle. You will work closely with the Sales team to follow up on each enquiry, aiming to successfully transition leads from initial contact to completed sales.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle incoming calls and promptly address all customer enquiries, proactively identifying their needs, building rapport, and providing detailed and accurate information related to their queries. Maintain an in-depth knowledge of the used vehicle inventory, including specifications and aftersales services, to confidently and effectively engage with current and prospective customers about available vehicles and offerings. Respond to digital enquiries within the designated one-hour timeframe. Provide tailored Hire Purchase (HP) and Personal Contract Purchase (PCP) quotes when appropriate. Ensure all relevant systems and platforms are updated with comprehensive and accurate notes. Coordinate with the appropriate manager to allocate new enquiries to the relevant Sales Executive. Deliver exceptional customer service, exceeding customer expectations and addressing their requirements with care and professionalism. Schedule and manage customer appointments, including arranging and organising test drives to enhance the buying experience. Leverage available tools, such as video content, online platforms, and specific web links, to engage prospects and encourage progression through the sales process.

What We're Looking For: Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service. Ability to stay informed on complex information, paired with demonstrated sales expertise and strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Detail-oriented and process-driven, with excellent administrative and IT proficiency. Solid experience in customer service and administrative roles, ideally involving telephone interactions and appointment scheduling.
