About the role The Vehicle Servicing Coordinator role plays an important part in our setup. This role, based out of our
Cricklewood hub , will ensure the business has vehicles that are made available to customers via various product lines and will ensure our fleet is cleaned, serviced, and damage assessed before handing over the keys.
Responsibilities:
Repairs Coordination:
Work with authorized vendors, dealerships, and body shops to ensure timely and effective repairs, minimizing vehicle downtime. MOT & Servicing:
Performing routine maintenance checks, completing occasional on-site servicing, inspections, and handling MOT vehicle runs. Customer Vehicle Preparation:
Ensure vehicles are cleaned, serviced, and presented to a high standard, making them ready for customer use or delivery. Vehicle Inspections:
Perform regular inspections to ensure vehicles meet safety and regulatory standards, alongside accident assessment, damage, and vehicle issues. Geotab Fitting:
Manage the installation and calibration of Geotab telematics systems in vehicles to ensure accurate tracking and reporting. TFL Inspection Days:
Oversee TFL (Transport for London) inspection days at our hub to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Vehicle Inventory Records:
Accurately track the location, status, and condition of each vehicle in the inventory system. Vehicle Documentation & Keys:
Prepare and manage keys and documentation related to vehicles, including V5C, MOTs, insurance, and inspection reports, maintaining accurate records of work performed. Take Delivery of New Vehicles:
Oversee the acceptance and processing of new vehicle deliveries. Yard Management and Vehicle Movement:
Manage the hub yard and coordinate the movement of vehicles within the facility to optimize space and operational efficiency. Stakeholder Support:
Offer responsive and effective support to internal stakeholders and external vendors.
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience in vehicle management, including documentation, repairs, servicing, and maintenance. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks. Attention to detail in conducting vehicle inspections and managing documentation. Effective communication skills for interacting with stakeholders, vendors, and customers. Problem-solving abilities to address and resolve issues related to vehicle operations and servicing. Eager to learn, grow, and develop in a high-growth scale-up environment. Ability to work collaboratively within a team and coordinate with various departments. Adaptability to work in a dynamic environment with changing priorities. A current and valid full UK driver's license Comfortable commuting and working out of our Cricklewood Hub
