We are looking for a customer-focused individual with strong problem-solving abilities, a passion for delivering outstanding support, and a meticulous approach to our products.

You should be comfortable and enthusiastic about answering calls.

Responsibilities:

Deliver timely and efficient technical support to clients. Troubleshoot customer issues, respond to inquiries, and provide product guidance. Communicate clearly and politely, both in writing and over the phone. Apply your knowledge or experience in the automotive or engineering fields, particularly in vehicle data analysis, vehicle testing, or race data analysis. Provide excellent customer service. Possess a full, clean UK driving licence.

Desired Additional Skills:

Proven experience in a customer support role, ideally in a technology-related industry. Understanding of vehicle data acquisition techniques. Basic knowledge of electronics. Some experience in customer support.
