We are seeking dedicated and skilled individuals to join a service department within a main dealership in Basildon.
We have openings for Master Technicians and Semi-Skilled Technicians with a Level 3 qualification and experience in warranty repairs.
Role & Responsibilities:
Service, diagnose, maintain, and repair customer vehicles. Use diagnostic equipment to identify vehicle issues. Provide excellent customer service and explain repairs clearly. Participate in in-house and manufacturer training.
Requirements: NVQ/City & Guilds Level 3 or equivalent certifications. Valid UK manual driving license with no more than 3 points. Friendly, professional demeanor with strong customer service skills. Flexible, adaptable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Experience with diagnostic equipment; MOT tester qualification is a plus but not essential.
