RCT Fleet services has an exciting opportunity to join us as a Vehicle Technician (Mechanic/Fitter) in our workshop team, based in Treforest. Reporting to the Workshop Chargehand, we are looking for reliable, enthusiastic, hardworking technicians who will work on our diverse fleet of vehicles from small vans to Refuse Collection Vehicles. You will be expected to undertake all inspections & repairs to current DVSA regulations and perform a key role within RCT to keep our vehicles on the move.
This is a 37 hour a week post covering a two-shift working pattern (including on-call rota for which a pay enhancement is made).
Week 1:
06:00 to 14:00 Monday to Thursday
06:00 to 13:30 Friday
Week 2:
13:30 to 21:30 Monday to Thursday
11:30 to 19:00 Friday
