Diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems in commercial vehicles.
Conducting thorough safety inspections to ensure vehicles meet legal and company standards.
Preparing vehicles for annual MOT tests.
Maintaining accurate records of repairs, maintenance, and parts used.
Interacting with customers, explaining repairs, and providing updates on vehicle status.
Requirements
The company prefers an individual with experience within the Commercial Vehicles industry. However, this isn’t essential; they would also be interested in speaking with candidates with a background in plant hire or automotive. It is essential for this role that you have experience in conducting MOTs. In terms of location, you will ideally be based in or around the Farnham area.
