We are seeking a skilled and experienced Vehicle Technician to join our main dealer team in Harlow.

As a Vehicle Technician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of duties related to the repair, maintenance, and servicing of vehicles of all makes and models. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge, attention to detail, and the ability to work with power tools and diagnostic equipment.

You will need your own tools and a full driving licence. Level 3 or above at IMI/NVQ or similar certification.

Duties:

Perform vehicle repairs and maintenance tasks according to established guidelines.

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical issues using appropriate tools and equipment.

Inspect vehicles for damage or defects and recommend necessary repairs.

Maintain accurate records of all work performed on vehicles.

Collaborate with other technicians and team members to ensure efficient workflow.

Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns.

Skills:

Proficient in using power tools and hand tools for vehicle repairs.

Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of vehicle systems.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

This is a full-time position Monday to Friday 08:30 - 17:30 and Saturday mornings on a team rota (1 in 3). With a competitive basic salary of between £30,000 - £32,000 based on experience, with an OTE of £48,000 including a bonus structure.
