Our client, a leader in the supply of agriculture machinery within the UK, is currently going through a period of growth and is seeking a Permanent Service Technician/Engineer to join their team at a very exciting time.
The role will be based at one of their busy Depots in Kings Langley.

Duties:
Mainly servicing and resolving the most challenging and time-sensitive problems. Pre-delivery preparation and fitting of accessories to new vehicles. Diagnosing and identifying faults, making improvements, keeping accurate records, and meeting demanding quality and safety standards. Maintain a good level of efficiency without compromising quality. Ensuring complete customer satisfaction. Accurately and skilfully undertake the repair and servicing of motor vehicles. Detect and diagnose additional faults for further repair. Ensure all work is completed safely and complies with professional standards. Fulfil all tasks to the customers' complete satisfaction. Always work to your best ability to promote and maintain a very high standard of customer care.
Ideal Candidate:
Must have a full UK driving licence. Knowledge and experience of a variety of machinery, ideally in the agricultural, commercial vehicle, or construction industry. Ability to interact with customers and develop/build relationships. Ability to set timescales to own tasks to enable completion of duties and ensure all tasks are carried out in a timely manner whilst not compromising safety. Enjoy working in a busy atmosphere and can cope under pressure during busy periods. The ability to communicate with customers and other work colleagues with a flexible approach to completing the assigned tasks. Capable of working on own initiative as well as part of a team.
