The successful candidate must have in-depth knowledge of motor and ideally light commercial vehicles, the ability to work individually or as a team, an enthusiastic interest in resolving vehicle problems, and take pride in delivering excellent service to clients.
The Job
Removal & fitting of engine, clutch, and gearbox components. Conduct road tests and locate areas of potential problems. Time management and meeting deadlines. Diagnose faults using diagnostic machines where necessary. Ability to organise workload and structure the working day efficiently. Ensure all work is conducted to a high standard. Work in a busy environment with a good variation of duties. About You
Minimum of 5 years experience as a vehicle mechanic. Ability and understanding of diagnostic tools. Experience of fleet maintenance is beneficial. Independent garage experience is advantageous. Full UK driving licence is essential.
