We're currently recruiting for an experienced Level 2 Vehicle Technician to join a stable team in Paignton. In this role, you'll perform interim, full, and major services, along with follow-up repair and replacement work. Responsibilities include working on tyres, brakes, transmission, steering, suspension, and more. Join us and take the next step in your career! You will be already skilled in servicing and repair/replacement work. You will be given endless opportunities to enhance your skills and development including access to hybrid training plus the ATA & MOT Tester Qualifications. The Job: Vehicle Technician / Mechanic You will perform interim, full, and major services on all types of cars. Follow-up repair and replacement work. You'll have the ability to carry out more complex tasks such as clutches and timing belt replacements and diagnostics in areas such as vehicle electrics, brake steering and suspension systems. Inspect vehicle components including brakes, lights, steering, and tyres for functionality and safety. Communicate findings clearly to customers, providing explanations of any issues discovered during testing. Adhere to health and safety regulations while working in the workshop environment. Team player willing to assist in other workshop duties as and when required. You will work 5 days a week across Monday to Saturday, and be given 2 days off a week on a rota basis. Job Experience: Vehicle Technician - Level 2 Must have a Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent

OR

time served experience. Must have a full drivers licence with no more than 9 points. Experienced Technician/Mechanic able to carry out diagnostic work (brakes, steering/suspension, engine) and more complex repair and replacements (coolant/diesel injectors, head gasket, brakes, electrical).
