depending upon skills and experience. This is based on a 42 hour working week and includes the average performance bonuses our teams are earning, the reality is that the opportunity is uncapped. Collaborate with other technicians during peak periods and take ownership of safety issues identified in the workshop. All of our technicians are provided with full manufacturer training and development to further their career.
