Drive Motor Retail are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Vehicle Technicians / Diagnostic Technicians / Master Technicians to join our team in Weston-Super-Mare.

We are expanding our current franchises and we would like to see Vehicle Technicians that preferably have experience with rather Vauxhall, MG, Dacia or Renault. We are not only looking for Vehicle Technicians but we are also searching for Diagnostic Technicians and Master Technicians within these brands.

We are looking for experienced Vehicle Technicians that have worked within a main dealer setting and are adaptable to working with and building their experience with the different brands that we represent at this site.

The package:

Basic Salary of

up to

£36,000, depending on experience and qualifications.

Fantastic un-capped bonus with an OTE of over £42,000+ per annum

Hours: 8:30am - 5:30pm - 30 Minutes Lunch

NO WEEKENDS! - Overtime available at 1.5x on weekends

Benefits:

Sign on bonus, £1,000 Month 1 and £1,000 at the end of successful probation.

Overtime rate of 1.5x

Responsibilities:

Diagnosing and resolving mechanical and electrical issues in vehicles

Undertaking vehicle repairs and maintenance, ensuring adherence to manufacturer specifications and guidelines

Providing accurate and detailed reports on vehicle condition, work performed and recommendations for further repairs or maintenance.

Collaborating effectively with other team members to deliver exceptional service and meet customer expectations

Requirements:

Level 3 NVQ in Light Vehicle Maintenance and Repair

Proven experience within an automotive dealership or service centre.

Desirables:

Apprentice trained / Time served

Experience with Dacia, Vauxhall, MG or Renault.

Experience with diagnostic software and tools

Valid MOT Tester License preferred but not essential.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £32,000.00-£42,000.00 per year
