Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Vehicle Technician to join a reputable automotive dealership in Winchester. This role offers an excellent opportunity for growth, including manufacturer training and a competitive bonus structure.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Perform routine servicing and repairs on a range of vehicles. Diagnose and resolve mechanical and electrical issues efficiently. Ensure all work complies with manufacturer standards and specifications. Collaborate with team members to maintain a productive and safe workshop environment. Keep accurate records of work completed and liaise with service advisors regarding updates.
Qualifications and Skills: Minimum Level 3 Vehicle Maintenance and Repair qualification. Proven experience in a similar role within the automotive sector. Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills. Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM. 1 in 4 Saturdays, 8:30 AM - 1:00 PM.
