Position Summary Albury Repair Works Ltd is looking for a fully qualified and experienced Mechanic with at least 5 years experience and a practical understanding of operating diagnostic equipment. A fully certified MOT Tester licence would be advantageous. The Vehicle Technician role is responsible for the maintenance and repairs of vehicles, including thorough vehicle inspection, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance. This individual will work alongside the Service Manager to ensure that all vehicle repairs are performed in a timely manner while maintaining quality standards. The candidate must be able to work on their own initiative as well as part of a team. Strong communication skills are essential. A clean full driving licence is essential for this position; provisional licences will not be accepted. Duties and Responsibilities Provide thorough vehicle inspection, diagnosis, repair, and maintenance. Own tools are essential. Work alongside the Service Manager to ensure that all repairs are performed in a timely manner while maintaining quality standards. Maintain a clean workshop environment by keeping the vehicle shop area clean and organized. Perform all duties in accordance with company policy. Maintain a high standard of customer service. Support and assist other technicians as needed. Job Types:
