What You’ll Be Doing: Hands-On Repairs:

Performing high-quality maintenance and repairs on a wide range of vehicles—including cutting-edge hybrid and electric models. Using the latest Ford diagnostic tools and following industry-leading standards to keep customers safe and satisfied. Tackling everything from routine services to complex engine diagnostics, enhancing your technical skills every step of the way. Vehicle Health Checks:

Carrying out in-depth inspections and diagnosing faults quickly and accurately. Staying proactive by spotting potential issues before they become big problems. Teamwork & Customer Interaction:

Collaborating with the service team to keep the workshop running smoothly. Sharing expert advice with customers in a clear and friendly way. Supporting fellow Technicians and sharing knowledge. What We’re Looking For: NVQ Level 2 in Light Vehicle Maintenance & Repair (or equivalent) A solid understanding of vehicle safety standards and repair procedures Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail A positive can-do attitude and passion for learning A valid MOT licence is a bonus but not essential A valid UK driving licence is required. If you share our values, have the right mindset, and are willing to learn, we would love to hear from you. Full company and manufacturer training will be provided. What Is In It For You?
