Role Summary

We are seeking a Vendor Manager to oversee and manage our relationships with key external suppliers, ensuring that our vendor services are delivered in a timely and efficient manner and aligning with our high standards for customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will manage and monitor vendor performance, evaluate service level agreements (SLAs), and proactively address vendor issues, while consistently seeking and implementing process improvements strategies across the business.

Key Responsibilities: Vendor Management : Manage relationships with external suppliers, ensuring they deliver services that meet DNA Payments’ requirements and enhance customer satisfaction. Performance Monitoring : Oversee vendors' compliance with service level agreements (SLAs), track key performance indicators (KPIs), and analyse data from vendor performance reports to ensure the highest service quality. Data Analysis : Interpret and reconcile vendor management information (MI) and performance data to gain insights into service delivery, identifying trends and areas for improvement. Process Improvement : Propose and implement process improvements based on data insights, working collaboratively across departments to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience. Problem-Solving : Address and resolve any issues arising with vendors, utilizing analytical skills to pinpoint root causes and develop solutions. Collaboration : Work closely with internal stakeholders to understand business requirements, providing vendor-related insights and recommendations that support overall business goals. Proven experience in vendor management. Logistics, fintech or financial services preferred. Analytical Skills:

Strong data analysis and reconciliation skills, with experience interpreting MI and performance data. Commercial Awareness:

Ensure project budgets are adhered to and recommend cost saving opportunities. Problem-Solving:

Proactive problem-solver, able to diagnose and resolve vendor-related issues efficiently. Project Management:

Drive projects business wide, which requires a key focus on stakeholder engagement. Process Improvement: Demonstrated experience in driving process improvements across departments to enhance service delivery. Communication:

Excellent communication skills with the ability to build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
