Ventia are looking to engage an experienced Facilities Coordinator to join our team working on the Department of Transport contract. Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will manage allocated on-site works to ensure maritime assets are properly maintained including wharfs, jetties, harbours, gardens and associated buildings.
You will need to plan reactive, programmed, and routine maintenance activities with both Ventia personnel, and subcontractors as needed as well as reporting, raising purchase orders and other coordinator activities.
This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday-Friday 07:00 am-03:30 pm (with some flexibility) and 1x RDO per month.
The payrate for this position is $46.62 per hour.

Key duties, but not limited to:
Oversee budget control, client liaison, procurement, service delivery processes, and performance inspections
Manage subcontractors and suppliers to maintain quality and timelines
Ensure service delivery is effective and meets the contracted requirements
Providing technical and professional advice on a day-to-day basis where required
Performing additional work-related responsibilities as needed
Requirements:
WA Drivers Licence
Trade background in either Carpenter, Fabrication, or Builder
Experience in other coordinator / maintenance or similar – Highly regarded
