Venture Partner

to join our network and help identify, invest in, and support startups with significant growth potential. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about the startup ecosystem who can leverage their expertise and network to drive successful investments and mentor promising entrepreneurs. Key Responsibilities Deal Sourcing: Identify and source high-potential startups that align with our investment focus and growth strategy. Investment Evaluation: Conduct due diligence, evaluate business models, market opportunities, and financial projections to assess investment potential. Strategic Guidance: Work closely with startups, providing strategic advice and mentorship to help them scale effectively. Portfolio Management: Manage and monitor the progress of investments, providing ongoing support and participating in follow-on funding rounds. Networking: Leverage your network to foster relationships with other investors, industry experts, and potential partners to support portfolio companies. Thought Leadership: Represent Power Nest Talent at industry events, conferences, and panels to build our brand and attract top startups and investors. Qualifications Extensive experience in venture capital, private equity, or startup investments. Proven track record of successful investments and portfolio management. Deep understanding of startup dynamics, market trends, and investment strategies. Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate complex business models. Excellent mentorship and advisory skills, capable of adding value beyond capital investment. A broad network in the startup and investment community. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills.
