Manage all aspects of venue operations, including event planning, setup, and breakdown Coordinate with clients to understand their event requirements and ensure their needs are met Oversee staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the venue Collaborate with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests in a professional and timely manner Monitor event budgets and expenses to ensure profitability Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for guests and staff Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in hospitality management Push private functions & drive sales Requirements:
Proven experience in guest services and management Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to lead and motivate a team Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service Proficient in computer systems, including MS Office Suite Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required Previous experience as a venue/bar manager is essential If you are passionate about creating memorable experiences for guests and have the skills required for this role, we would love to hear from you.
