Creative Technology UK has an exciting opportunity for a Venue Technician to join the team based at the historic and exciting venue space – Tobacco Dock in the heart of East London. As a Venue Technician, you will be a member of the permanent core team based at Tobacco Dock. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: Maintaining equipment and storerooms Managing deliveries and collections Preparing equipment for upcoming events You will also be part of a larger team for the setup, operation, and dismantling of equipment for incoming projects spanning Corporate Events, Music & Entertainment Shows, and Consumer Events. Working alongside Project Managers, you will be responsible for the integration between external Creative Technology and the venue team. We are looking for individuals with: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Understanding of basic technical equipment in Audio, Lighting, Video, Power, and Rigging Good time management skills with the ability to prioritize workload and adhere to deadlines The Company
