Are you a qualified and RCVS registered veterinary nurse? Are you looking to join an independent small animal practice in Kent? Do you want to be part of an experienced and supportive team? Are you looking for an excellent work-life balance, no OOH work, and a generous CPD allowance? We are working with an independent small animal practice based in West Malling, Kent who are looking for a Permanent Veterinary Nurse to join their team. The role will involve all aspects of nursing, so you must be capable in all areas, pulling from your experience working in practice. You will be prepared to develop your skills by working closely with the whole team and must have excellent attention to detail and organisational skills. You will have the opportunity to become a ward nurse once you're confident to do so. The practice also encourages their nurses to become clinical coaches. This role is full time for 40 hours per week over 5 days with shifts between 8am and 6pm, along with 1 in 2 Saturdays from 9am to 1pm. The shifts will alternate weekly between 9am to 4pm and 10am to 6pm. There will be no OOH work or on-call duties. Key details:

This role requires excellent clinical and customer service skills. You will be able to maximise your nursing skill set working here. They are a friendly, family-oriented practice with a hardworking team and loyal clients. The sole vet is an experienced advanced practitioner who can perform complex surgeries, including dentistry, orthopaedics, and MMP. About you:

You will need to be confident in your own abilities and have excellent clinical and customer service skills. Teamwork, patient care, high standards, and building relationships with clients are at the forefront of what they do. They are looking for an enthusiastic, goal-oriented and self-motivated veterinary nurse to continue the rapid growth of the practice. You will need to be comfortable liaising with other veterinary team members, specialists, and service providers. Facilities:
