We are looking for a Client Care Manager to lead and develop our multi-site Client Care team. In this role, you will lead a team of 20 staff across 9 sites and inspire and coach the team to provide the best level of customer care. Experience of managing a large team is essential. The role will involve:
Delivering induction training. Selecting and training new recruits and role modeling best practice behaviors in a busy call center/reception setting. Prioritizing and managing conflicting tasks in a role where no two days are the same. Holding management meetings to discuss ideas on enhancing our service. Absence management and performance management with support provided. Reporting to the Practice Managers and providing key support to the management team in a busy hospital environment. Delivering reception rotas to cover 9 sites up to 7 days a week and ensuring that KPIs are met. Daily banking, dealing with client queries, and supporting the clinical team to provide the best care possible. About the rota
This is a full-time permanent role working 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts between 8:00 am and 7:00 pm. Weekends are on rotation. About us
