Sanctuary Personnel is excited to present a permanent job opportunity at a well established veterinary practice for a Veterinary Dentist, offering a full-time salary of £60,000 - £85,000 per annum. Overview of the role: Sanctuary Personnel is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Advanced Vet Dentist to join a dynamic team. As a dentistry-specialised Veterinarian, you will play a crucial role in providing specialised dental care and contributing to the overall well-being of small animals. Our client is committed to providing exceptional veterinary care, and we are looking for a professional who shares a passion for delivering high-quality service. Both Full-time and part-time positions are available. Responsibilities of the Veterinary Dentist: Perform advanced dental procedures, including extractions, periodontal treatments, and oral surgeries. Diagnose and treat dental conditions in a variety of animal species. Utilise advanced dental equipment and technology, such as digital radiography and dental imaging. Collaborate with other veterinary professionals to provide comprehensive patient care. Educate pet owners on dental care practices and preventive measures. Stay current with developments in veterinary dentistry and incorporate best practices into daily patient care. Maintain accurate and detailed dental records for all cases. What we're looking for from Veterinary Dentist applicants: DVM or VMD degree from an accredited veterinary school. Advanced training, certification or experience in Veterinary Dentistry. Veterinary license. Proven experience in performing advanced dental procedures in a veterinary setting. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
