Lead and mentor a small team of administrators, ensuring efficient workflow and exceptional service.

Review and oversee claims, using your veterinary knowledge to ensure accuracy and fairness.

Enhance team skills with tailored training programs and provide continuous feedback.

Collaborate with other departments to improve processes and elevate customer satisfaction.

Maintain compliance and support the development of innovative claims solutions.

What You'll Bring:

A

Veterinary Nurse qualification

and a desire to transition your skills into a commercial environment.

Strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills.

A detail-oriented mindset, with a focus on accuracy and quality in everything you do.

Experience in claims administration or the insurance market (a bonus, but not essential).
