We are looking for a Veterinary Receptionist to join our team at The Gatehouse Vets, Wrexham. You would be working across our friendly, caring and supportive practices. The role will include working three fixed days per week (28.5 hours) with 1 in 5 Saturdays. The salary will be up to £18,250 DOE per annum. Your responsibilities will include:

Greet all clients in a friendly and professional way. Answer telephone calls from clients in a welcoming and calm manner. Provide excellent customer service, informing and educating clients sympathetically. Convert inquiries into appointments to maintain pet healthcare. Efficiently organise the appointment diary. Handle and update client data and records. Record relevant information in the practice system to support the clinical team. Ensure the accuracy of invoices and collect payments on the day of treatment. Make pre-op reminder calls and reschedule missed appointments. Who we are
