Full Time We are seeking a small animal Veterinary Surgeon to join an expanding team at a modern, spacious, purpose-built practice with excellent facilities. This role will provide a mixture of time consulting and operating. The working shifts will consist of whole days (8:30am until 6:30pm) over a 3 or 4 day week. You will be required to participate in an out of hours rota, which will be 1-night duty per week and 1 in 4 weekends on call. When on call for the weekend, you will cover Saturday morning surgery (8:30am-2:00pm). We offer a generous salary and excellent benefits within a supportive, friendly working environment. You will join a wonderful team consisting of 6 Veterinary Surgeons across two branches, 3 Registered Veterinary Nurses, and 4 Nursing Assistants. The practice also has a dedicated Reception team to greet clients. We are always looking to improve, and candidates interested in pursuing a certificate will be supported. The large facility includes two theatres, a radiography suite, separate cattery and kennels, and three consultation rooms. We have an in-house laboratory, as well as dental x-ray, ultrasound, and endoscopes, enabling us to work up a variety of cases. We are looking for a qualified Veterinary Surgeon with any level of experience; however, the ideal candidate will be confident in small animal consulting and routine surgeries.
