Our client has an exciting clinical and potential ownership opportunity for a Veterinary Surgeon with at least 5 years’ UK small animal practice

(or UK equivalent)

experience to take on a Lead Clinical role. You will have experience working in a sole-charge environment, enjoy clinical freedom and you are comfortable with most surgery. You will become part of a local collegiate network of supportive veterinary surgeons, this unique arrangement provides exceptional opportunities for career development, practice/capital growth and very attractive income. Responsibilities As qualified MRCVS, you possess comprehensive experience in small animal practice. You’ll be competent in clinical examination, surgery and confident working sole charge or as part of the wider team. As well as your day-to-day duties within practice caring for your patients and clients, you will play a key role in leading and managing the team. You will have the drive and ambition to develop the practice client base, ensuring high standards of care are always delivered. Sharing our values being trustworthy, caring and progressive, you will have all the softer people and communications skills essential to working effectively and empathetically. Market leading remuneration. We’ll also look after you with a company vehicle and accommodation allowances. A generous CPD allowance is also designed to drive your progress, balanced by a 4-day week and 5 weeks annual holiday allowance (FTE) plus RCVS, VDS and BVA memberships. We can also support Certificates of Sponsorship for a Tier 2 (General) Visa if you meet the criteria and are eligible to register as a veterinary surgeon with the RCVS upon arrival in the UK.
