Are you an enthusiastic Veterinary Surgeon looking to join a supportive team in Crowthorne? The practice prioritizes accessible, comprehensive, and high-quality veterinary care, offering a wide range of services and treatment options. The practice Lead Veterinary Surgeon holds a postgraduate certificate in exotic animal medicine and care, ensuring advanced expertise for our patients. Additionally, you’ll have access to a network of multi-disciplinary certificate holders in the region, with active support for progression or maintenance of existing certificate qualifications. Located on the borders of Berkshire, Hampshire, and Surrey, the Crowthorne practice boasts excellent transport links to Reading and London via the M3 and M4. The clinic is well-equipped with digital x-ray, doppler blood pressure, and a comprehensive multi-parameter monitoring system. CPD Allowance of £1,500 plus 3 days’ CPD leave. Coverage of RCVS, BVA, and VDS fees. Exceptional career development opportunities, including certificates. 5 weeks’ annual leave. Enhanced Maternity and Paternity Pay. Optimize clinical capacity through effective resource utilization. Engage in informative clinical meetings and mentorship activities. Proactively share best practices within our community. Your Skills and Experience:

Minimum of one year of small animal practice experience. Client-oriented approach with excellent communication skills. Experience working to the highest medical and surgical standards. Collaborative team player with a track record of practice development. Proficient in clinical examination and surgery. Confidence in sole charge responsibilities.
