Exciting Opportunity for an Ambitious Veterinary Surgeon - Join Our Team at Evesham Vets4Pets

Are you an enthusiastic and experienced Veterinary Surgeon looking for your next clinical challenge and a chance to develop your career? We would love to hear from you!

Under the new ownership of Jonathan Niccol and Kevin Bourne, Evesham Vets4Pets is embarking on an exciting new chapter. Jonathan and Kevin bring a wealth of experience, and together they are looking for a committed Vet with 3-4 years of experience, confident in all routine surgeries. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow within a supportive and progressive environment.

Why Join Us? At Evesham Vets4Pets, you’ll enjoy the best of both worlds: the independence of a locally run practice with the support of a larger organisation. You will work alongside a talented team of vets, nurses, and support staff who share a passion for delivering exceptional patient and client care.

Our practice is equipped with modern facilities, including digital X-ray, ultrasound, and access to a CT scanner. This provides you with an excellent environment to utilise your skills while developing further. We are committed to your professional growth, offering support for CPD, certificates, and training in areas that interest you. For those looking to step into leadership, we can offer the opportunity to develop those skills too.

What We’re Looking For: We are seeking a proactive Veterinary Surgeon with strong medical and surgical skills. Experience with most abdominal surgeries is beneficial but not essential. The key to success in this role is your ability to embrace all aspects of the Veterinary Surgeon position, working collaboratively with the team to deliver outstanding patient and client care.

If you don’t have the full 3-4 years of experience but feel this position aligns with your personality and career ambitions, we still encourage you to apply. We welcome candidates who are keen to develop and grow within our team.

The Role: Full-time, 40 hours over a 4-day week 1 in 3 Saturdays No out-of-hours (OOHs)

What We Offer: Competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £75,000 (depending on experience) Contributory pension scheme Access to discounted private medical insurance Generous CPD allowance and funding for certificates Paid memberships (RCVS, BVA, VDS, BSAVA) Exclusive company discounts and rewards, including discounts at high street retailers and restaurants Visa sponsorship available if required A supportive and friendly team environment

How to Apply: Please send your CV to EastVets@vets4pets.com or apply online at

www.vets4petscareers.com.

Location: WR11 1DJ

At Vets4Pets, we take our inspiration from pets. They see people without bias and embrace diversity, and so do we. We value and respect difference in all its forms and strive to reflect the communities we serve. We encourage our colleagues to be themselves. Even if your skills and experience don’t perfectly match the role, if you believe you can make a unique contribution through your values and behaviours, we’d love to hear from you!
