Full Time Our client - a small animal practice - is recruiting a Lead Veterinary Surgeon to join their vibrant team. This is a permanent, full-time role working 39 hours a week over four days with 1:3 half or 1:6 full weekends, but our client is open to being flexible where they can, so let us know what works for you. The practice is busy, well-equipped, and well-maintained, seeing a varied small animal caseload. The team currently consists of a practice manager, one vet, a head nurse, a student nurse, two patient care assistants, and a client care assistant. Our client offers an excellent package including Private Medical Insurance, Quarterly Lead Vet Contribution Scheme with the potential to earn up to 20% on top of your salary, 33 days’ annual leave (including Bank Holidays) rising to 38 with length of service, Clinical CPD: £1,500 per year plus 3 days’ paid leave, VDS, RCVS, and BVA fees paid, and plenty more.
