Are you a skilled Veterinary Surgeon looking to make an impact in a forward-thinking, client-centred practice? Our exciting new veterinary centre combines clinical excellence with compassionate care while supporting rescue animals in need. You’ll be based at RSPCA Woodside but in our new public setting, providing care to companion animals and their owners. As part of our team, you’ll play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional care while helping fund vital rescue efforts. Your Role: A Blend of Clinical Excellence & Client Care
As our Veterinary Surgeon, you’ll: Provide outstanding clinical care during consultations, treatments, and surgeries. Lead with compassion, ensuring transparent communication with pet owners. Uphold the highest standards of care while inspiring and mentoring yourteam. Drive clinical innovation and share best practices within the team. What We’re Looking For
We need someone who is: RCVS Registered with at least 2 years of experience. Confident working independently and taking sole charge when needed. Looking for a new challenge and is keen to help make the new venture a success, whilst fostering a positive work culture. Passionate about exceptional patient and client care. Calm, confident, and adept at handling the unexpected in a fast-paced environment. Dedicated to personal and professional development. What We Offer:

The chance to make a meaningful difference every day. £1500 CPD budget and 5 days for CPD A flexible 3-day-a-week schedule (plus 1 in 4 Saturdays) averaging 30 hours per week Salary of £38000 – 42000 per year/Full time equivalent salary (40 hours a week) of £55000 a year. 15 minute consultation times as standard, with designated admin time to ensure a manageable work flow About Us
