I am currently in the process of aiding a fantastic independent veterinary practice based in Market Rasen as they look to expand their team. If you are contemplating a new role in the coming months this could be just the position that you have been looking for.

This brilliant independent practice only opened in recent years but during this time, they have established a fantastic reputation amongst local residents who entrust them with the care of their furry companions. The practice is well stocked with the latest in veterinary technology meaning you will have all the tools and tech at your disposal in order to practice in accordance with the highest clinical standards and provide your patients with the care that they deserve. You will be working alongside an very experienced vet with over 10 years' experience who has a huge interest in surgery, both soft tissue and orthopaedic, as well as the lovely support team. Whether you are a newer graduate looking to further enhance your skills or if you simply want to work within an experienced team, you will fit in perfectly with this fantastic group of individuals.

Market Rasen is a charming market town located in the heart of Lincolnshire, England. It is a picturesque and historic town that offers a unique blend of rural living, historical significance, and natural beauty, where the tranquility of the countryside meets the vibrancy of community life. The town is well-connected to the larger cities of Lincoln and Grimsby and is also served by a railway station on the Lincoln to Grimsby line.

The practice is looking for a confident Vet Surgeon with at least one year's postgraduate experience however, less experienced Vets may also be considered for the post. Ideally you will be confident in most aspects of routine veterinary medicine and surgery and will be happy working independently as well as party of a team. The practice prides themselves on their high standards of client care that they provide and as such you will also be a good communicator and passionate about building long lasting client relationships.

Role: Salary up to £70,000 DOE Flexible rota; 5.5 days a week, 3 weeks on 1 week off / 4 days a week 9am - 6:30pm Sole charge experience No OOH or bank holidays
