A fantastic opportunity is available for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a dedicated team working across two well-equipped practices located in the scenic Valleys area of South Wales. The Role

This position offers a balanced mix of surgical and medical work, ideal for a vet passionate about providing high standards of patient care. Key Details: Locations:

Split between two practices: a busy first-opinion clinic in Merthyr Tydfil and a well-supported branch in Mountain Ash. Schedule:

40 hours over 4 days (3 days in Merthyr Tydfil and 1 day in Mountain Ash) with 1 in 4 Saturdays (9 am – 2 pm). Facilities:

Modern setup with consulting rooms, an operating theatre, an imaging room, and access to advanced ultrasound support. Work alongside experienced vets, including a surgery and dentistry certificate holder, and a skilled nursing team that actively undertakes Schedule 3 procedures. Requirements

RCVS-registered Veterinary Surgeon. Experience in both surgical and medical cases. Strong teamwork and leadership skills. Commitment to maintaining a progressive clinical culture. Ability to mentor and support the nursing team in Schedule 3 procedures. Benefits

Salary:
