Join our established team at Oban

We are a welcoming, mixed single-site practice caring for cats, dogs, small furries, as well as farm animals and equines. Our facilities include three consultation rooms, one theatre, and - thanks to an ongoing refurbishment - dedicated cat and dog wards.

Our practice is well-equipped with digital radiography and ultrasound, with continuous improvements being made to our clinical areas. The balance between consultations and surgeries varies weekly, and our surgical cases are predominantly routine, with some orthopedics and dental procedures.

As a practice, we value community connections and regularly collaborate with Fiona's Ark, a local charity, to give back to our area.

Our dedicated team

Our dedicated team comprises 7 vets, 4 RVNs, 1 SVN, and 2 VCAs, including colleagues with certifications in behavior, diagnostic imaging, and acupuncture. We actively support professional development and encourage team members to pursue their interests, whether through CPD or advanced qualifications.

Our local area

Oban, fondly known as the "Gateway to the Isles," is a picturesque coastal town nestled in Argyll and Bute on Scotland's west coast. Celebrated for its stunning landscapes, rich history, and vibrant culture, Oban offers spectacular views of surrounding mountains and islands, making it a paradise for nature enthusiasts.

Renowned as the "Seafood Capital of Scotland," Oban is home to outstanding seafood restaurants featuring fresh catches straight from local waters. Visitors can enjoy the thrill of spotting seals, dolphins, and seabirds along the coast or during scenic boat trips. Nearby attractions, including Loch Lomond and The Trossachs National Park and the majestic Glencoe mountain range, add to the charm of this captivating destination.
