An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Veterinary Surgeon to join a thriving, independent practice in Penzance. With a close-knit team of experienced vets, Registered Veterinary Nurses, student nurses, and an excellent admin team, this practice offers a warm, family atmosphere with a strong emphasis on support and development.

Whether you're an experienced vet looking to further develop your clinical interests or a confident new graduate seeking mentorship, we welcome your application. The team includes enthusiastic Vet GDP advisors with a passion for coaching and mentoring, making this an ideal environment for new graduates to thrive.

The workload is varied, ensuring plenty of opportunities for both surgical and medical cases, while the highly skilled nurse team offers qualified support to help you focus on clinical work. Being independent and vet-run, they maintain a genuine family feel and a culture of growth, where every team member is encouraged to develop their skills and reach their full potential.
