Island Veterinary Associates, Bloxwich, Walsall, West Midlands Veterinary Surgeon, Island Veterinary Associates, Bloxwich At Island Veterinary Associates, we're seeking a skilled Veterinary Surgeon to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis. In this role, you’ll be split between our branches in Bloxwich and Wombourne. This role would involve a well-balanced split between surgery and medicine, particularly suited for a candidate with a strong interest in surgery. We’re more than happy to offer candidates full certificate support.

Rota patterns that work for you Our people are at the heart of everything that we do. We know that work-life balance is vital in supporting our people to be their best selves. Ideally, we’re looking for someone to work 40 hours per week over 4 days, along with 1:4 Saturdays at Wombourne (08:30 – 13:00).

A bit about us We are a friendly team that works well together. Our fantastic team is composed of 5 Vets, 6 RVNs, 3 Senior RVNs, and 6 VCAs. Both sites are equipped with X-ray with automatic processor, Ultrasound Scanner, Blood chemistry & haematology, Dental unit, multiparameter, Idexx Lab equipment, fully equipped theatre, and an excellent Ultrasound unit.
