Veterinary Surgeon - Surrey (Inside M25)

Purovets are delighted to be working with a fantastic, independent practice with 8 branches across the North West Surrey area in their search for a veterinary surgeon with a Medicine bias.
The role will be based at their main branch which is extremely well equipped as you would expect form a Tier practice with comprehensive in-house laboratory, dental equipment, digital radiography (fixed and dental), ultrasound scanner, laparoscopy, endoscopy (both flexible and rigid), orthopaedic kit and CT Scanner onsite, with also offsite access to a 3.5T MRI scanner.
As the practices are so well resourced (in terms of equipment and experience), they are fortunate to be able to work cases up to a high level, keeping 95% of cases in house rather than referring.
The Role You will work as part of team comprised of 13 vets with a range of experience including post graduate certificates (Surgery, Dermatology) and AVP status (Surgery). CPD including certificate study is actively encouraged and with several colleagues currently studying for diagnostic imaging, surgery and cardiology certificates.

4-day week with a fixed Day off •
1 in 3 Saturdays •
1 on call every fortnight until 9.30pm with generous bonus scheme
