Our client has a rare opportunity for a dedicated Veterinary Surgeon to join their practice based in Sutton Coldfield. Their friendly team consists of a highly experienced and motivated Branch Manager, proficient in RVN/ECC and serving as a Clinical Coach. They are joined by Student Veterinary Nurses, Veterinary Care Assistants, and a friendly Receptionist, all collectively dedicated to working together to ensure job satisfaction and wellbeing. The practice acknowledges that its employees are integral to its business success. Prioritising investments in personnel, facilities, and operations is central to its ethos.
The position entails performing both routine and non-routine operations and provides access to other clinics for internal referrals. Vets are encouraged to refer internally, where they can choose to assist the receiving veterinary surgeon with the case. The incumbent will collaborate with the current Veterinary Surgeon, who is on track to obtain a certificate in internal medicine. This role involves shared responsibilities, working alongside another individual also pursuing certification in internal medicine.
