In our experience, the corporate model takes autonomy away from vets who have spent their entire training learning how to be problem solvers, ultimately robbing them of their love for the industry itself.

The Woodbridge Vets is a modern & independent veterinary practice located in Woodbridge, Suffolk. What do we do?
We’re a veterinary practice founded on ideals, not compromises. We provide a boutique experience for pet owners who want a traditional one-on-one relationship with their vet, along with access to the very best treatments and healthcare. What is our purpose?
To rebuild the Veterinary Experience by creating a practice that prioritises pets and people over profits. We have built a strong reputation for excellent clinical and client care within our community since opening 2 years ago. The practice offers a comprehensive range of first opinion services, alongside referral imaging (CT, cardiology, and endoscopy) and surgery (soft tissue, laparoscopic, and orthopaedic). THE PACKAGE:
4 day working week No OOH or bank holidays Salary of £45,000 to £75,000 per annum RCVS and subscriptions paid for CPD and certificates funded 6.6 weeks holiday per year To submit your application, click the apply button.
