About the Role: As a small animal veterinary surgeon, you’ll have the opportunity to: Work in a supportive and collaborative environment, contributing to the practice’s growth and development. Use your clinical expertise and creative skills to deliver high-quality care and innovative solutions. Enjoy the flexibility and autonomy to shape the role while being part of a growing, enthusiastic team. Hours and Rota: Full-time role with a 4-day work week. 1 in 3 Saturday mornings. No out-of-hours , ensuring work-life balance. What’s on Offer? Salary:

£45,000–£60,000 (full-time equivalent), depending on experience and hours. Accommodation:

4 weeks paid holiday, plus bank holidays. Pension:

RCVS fees covered by the practice. About You: The ideal candidate will be a highly motivated small animal veterinary surgeon with at least 2 years of experience, although less experienced candidates will be considered for the right fit. You’ll be a team player with a passion for delivering outstanding care and exceptional client service.
