We currently have an opportunity for an experienced
Veterinary Technician
to join our Temuka team in a full-time, permanent role. About You: Have previous vet tech experience or experience working with production animals on farm and sound animal handling ability. A recognised vet tech qualification would be an advantage. Have the ability to work calmly and effectively and an eagerness to learn and contribute. Able to work both independently and within a small team. You will be confident working with computers and have an organised and methodical approach to your work. About the role: Provide a high level of client service on farm working with production animals, including teat sealing, disbudding, calf weighing, heifer monitoring, blood sampling. Administrative support including data entry, report writing, work planning, and booking. Assisting vets on farm.
