What the role involves
- Develop FPGA firmware using VHDL for high-performance applications.
- Managing the full firmware development lifecycle (design, implementation, verification, and production release).
- Develop and execute verification & validation plans.
- Collaborate with hardware, software, and production teams to ensure seamless system integration.
- Maintain technical documentation, including specifications.
- Supporting manufacturing and production teams with technical expertise.
Skills and requirements
- Required Skills & Experience for the FPGA Engineer role in Egham.
- Degree in Electrical & Electronic Engineering or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of FPGA/VHDL development experience.
- Strong knowledge of FPGA design (Xilinx, Lattice or similar toolchains).
