A rare and exciting opportunity for an experienced Studio Manager to join a growing, dynamic multidisciplinary design and architecture studio. The successful candidate will become an integral part of a close-knit, energetic, and fun team focused on creating cutting-edge, experimental spaces and design. As the Studio Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the smooth running of the studio and ensuring the team can focus on what they do best: designing exceptional spaces. You will play a vital role in managing studio operations, from scheduling and office administration to project coordination and client interaction. Responsibilities include:

Acting as the central point of contact for the studio, managing communication between team members, clients, and external partners; Organizing and maintaining office systems and processes to ensure efficient workflow; Assisting in coordinating project timelines, meetings, and deliverables; Managing day-to-day office administration, including supplies, equipment, and facilities; Supporting the team with document preparation, project coordination, and presentation materials; Handling client inquiries, providing excellent customer service and assisting with project logistics; Helping organize studio events, team-building activities, and presentations; Please get in touch with us as soon as possible to discuss further.
