Vice President, Renewable Energy Advisory

Overview: We are seeking a Vice President to join our Renewable Energy advisory team. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting with strong deal-flow to maintain market position and enable future growth across our Renewable Energy, Power, and Infrastructure sectors. Main Responsibilities:

Lead the execution of M&A deals from start to finish Assist in ECM execution and work with financing teams to contribute to various projects Assist in the origination of new deals to the team Mentor and guide Interns, Analysts, and Associates within the team Skills and Qualifications:

Strong analytical and Financial Modelling Skills Excellent knowledge of Corporate Finance concepts along with relevant compliance and regulations Detailed knowledge of the sector with understanding of key players, drivers, and market trends Track record of involvement in successful pitches and leading execution of deals Client-focused with strong work ethic and ability to prioritise effectively Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per annum
