We're seeking a future team member for the role of Vice President, Cyber Technology Engineer to join our Information Security Division team.This role is located in Manchester - hybrid.

The Cyber Tech Platforms and Tools team is seeking a mid-level software engineer to join our EMEA team. This role is critical in enhancing our 24/7 operational coverage, assisting the senior software engineer, and improving response times for incidents and requests.
In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:
- Collaborating with the senior software engineer, developing and maintaining cyber software platforms, responding to incidents and requests, identifying and addressing potential security vulnerabilities, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives
- Working with a global team on cutting-edge cyber software platforms, enhance skills and career growth, and contribute to the overall success and resilience of our global operations
- Proactively identify cyber incidents by designing and implementing innovative strategies. Perform comprehensive data analysis on large datasets and deploy cutting-edge solutions to enhance cybersecurity measures
- Demonstrate the ability to swiftly engineer solutions in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required
- Strong background in both software development and engineering, with a balanced skill set essential for maintaining and enhancing our cyber software platforms
- Relevant experience in software development and engineering
- Knowledge of cyber security principles, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, global environment are essential
