This is a senior level role in a market leading EMEA Energy Origination team. This VP will be responsible for developing and managing client relationships, as well as supporting all areas of execution from origination to close of advisory and arranging transactions.
The team has strong junior support, so part of the role will be mentoring, guidance and helping them develop.
The role will need to ensure quality and timely preparation of all materials required for deal preparation, marketing, and origination support.
Requirements
Previous experience within top tier investment bank, fund or adviser is essential. Proven experience as deal team captain in the execution of high profile arranging and/or advisory mandates in the appropriate sectors, under structured/limited recourse financing schemes.
