VP of Product

is needed to lead the product strategy, execution, and written product maps/communications to a VC board. Role Overview: The

VP of Product

will be responsible for driving the strategic direction, being hands-on with best-practice product roadmaping, and development of the product portfolio. As a senior leader, you’ll collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, design, sales, and marketing to deliver innovative solutions that delight our customers and align with business goals. This is a high-impact role requiring a balance of visionary thinking, user-centricity, and execution excellence in a fast-paced, startup environment. If you’re able to attack the problems and not the person, this is a good role for you! Key Responsibilities: Strategic Product Leadership:

Define and drive the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives. It's key you’re both strategic and able to roll up your sleeves and be hands-on. Customer-Centric Innovation:

Engage directly with customers, partners, and stakeholders to gather insights and feedback. Advocate for user experience and usability across all product initiatives. Execution and Delivery:

Collaborate closely with engineering and marketing to deliver high-quality, scalable software on time. Oversee product development lifecycle, from ideation to launch, ensuring seamless execution at every stage. Team Leadership and Development:

Build, mentor, and inspire a high-performing product management team. Foster a collaborative culture of ownership, accountability, and continuous improvement. Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with sales and marketing teams to support go-to-market strategies and product positioning. Qualifications: Proven Experience:

10+ years of product management experience, with at least 5 years in leadership roles. Experience in SaaS, analytics, or energy-related industries is a strong plus. Strategic Mindset:

Ability to think strategically while being hands-on when needed. Customer-Centric Approach:

Deep passion for understanding customer needs and solving complex problems. Technical Acumen:

Strong understanding of software development processes, data analytics, and SaaS platforms. Leadership Skills:

Demonstrated success building, leading, and scaling product teams in a startup or high-growth environment. Analytical Rigor:

Comfort with data-driven decision-making and KPIs to measure product success. Communication:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to inspire and align teams. Education:

Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, computer science, or a related field. MBA or equivalent experience is a plus. Seniority level:
